About Me
Isabel Barreto is an events and marketing professional based in Philadelphia, currently working as an Events Marketing Coordinator at Philadelphia Distilling, home of Bluecoat American Dry Gin, Penn 1681 Vodka, and Vigo Amaro. In this role, she develops multi-city brand campaigns, builds social media content calendars, designs approval workflows for marketing teams, and coordinates private events at the distillery.
Isabel's background spans arts administration, event marketing, graphic design, and content creation. She holds a degree in Art and Entertainment Management from Eastern Michigan University, with minors in Marketing and Graphic Communications, and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Digital Marketing at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Her graduate coursework has focused on bridging data-driven marketing — web analytics, customer segmentation, predictive modeling — with creative brand storytelling.
Before Philadelphia Distilling, Isabel gained experience across digital media, freelance marketing, and university communications, including a digital media internship, freelance work through Fiverr, and a role as a Marketing & Communications Assistant at Drexel's College of Arts and Sciences. As VP of Amplifying the Arts (AMP!) at Eastern Michigan, she helped grow event attendance by 30%, an early sign of the mix of creative and analytical thinking that continues to define her work today.
About This SiteÂ
Welcome to Design Vault — a running archive of my design and marketing work, built to document the process as much as the finished product. This site is where I collect the campaigns, brand concepts, event materials, and content strategy work I've developed, both in my day-to-day role in events marketing and through independent projects on the side. Think of it less like a highlight reel and more like a working portfolio: a place to see how an idea moves from concept to execution.

Portfolio & Contract Work
Design Vault also serves as my home base for contract design and marketing work. Whether it's building a social media content calendar, designing event collateral, developing a brand identity, or putting together a marketing strategy from the ground up, I take on select freelance and contract projects alongside my full-time role. If you're looking for someone who can think through both the creative and the data side of a campaign — from concept and design through to tracking what actually worked — this is where you can see examples of that work and get in touch about a project.
